All the delegates were highly appreciative of the excellent coordination done by you in person starting from receiving at the airport, transfer to the hotel, and transfers from the hotel to the fairground every day. The overall arrangements were very good, that includes managing the timeline, ensuring good quality food at the hotel, and packed lunch, evening snacks, and dinner and drinks.

We had an exceptional experience at Interpack 2023 in Germany with Delmos World. The Business Delegations and B2B Meetings organized by PHD Chambers of Commerce were seamlessly executed by Mr. Babar Khan and the Delmos team. From airport pickup to hotel arrangements, local travel, and meals, everything was perfectly planned and executed. Mr. Babar Khan ensured our comfort and timely schedules throughout the trip. The hotel reception, daily transportation in a Mercedes Bus, and delicious meals, including breakfast, lunch, tea/snacks, and dinner, were all impeccably managed. Indeed it was pleasure being the part of Delmos world Pvt ltd. I am so grateful for getting through with Delmos team for this Dusseldorf trip for almost a week. I want to thank your team and Mr Baljeet for helping throughout and ensure that the arrangement are done perfectly on time be it accommodation, food, or transportation between destinations. Would also like to thanks for delicious unexpected lunch that we received during the trip, though it was not included in the package. Interpack 2023 was a huge success for us thanks to meticulous planning by the team at PHDCCI and Delmos World. The exhibition exceeded our high expectations, with major players of the packaging processing industry in attendance. We had many successful outcomes, including joint venture prospects with a Korean company, a Netherlands company developing a sample for us, and discussing importing cereal processing equipment for our startup. We also enjoyed the Indian food in Germany and had a great learning experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time and are grateful to PHDCCI and Delmos for making it happen.

It was nice to have your team as our business tour guide in Interpack 2023. As you and Mr. Babar have given us the best facilities from ticket/visa booking to taking care of food facilities during the fair. One of the best things in our tour we remember will be the food of Sardarji’s restaurant “Shere Punjab”.
